He brings decades of construction experience as a Canadian custom-home builder based in Oakville, specializing in planning, design, and turnkey construction. Luca has built some of the finest luxury homes in southeast Oakville, and has been the builder of choice for the annual Princess Margaret Lottery Home, among projects often exceeding $10M. His reputation across the full spectrum of home construction makes him a name you can trust.

Dan Carrol

With eight years of construction experience and 15 years as a licensed Realtor, Dan brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and real estate knowledge to every project. Born and raised in Stoney Creek, he's called Ancaster home for the past 15 years, where he lives with his high school sweetheart and their two children. His deep community roots and passion for building fuel his commitment to turning family dreams into beautifully crafted homes.

Maran Shan

Director of Business Development

Maran Shan brings 20+ years of real estate development and business consulting experience across Canada, Dubai and India, with 200+ custom homes delivered over his career. At Perimeter Homes, he works directly with investors and end users on residential developments built for generational wealth creation.

Rabel Mirza, P.Eng.

Director of Construction

Rabel Mirza is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario with several years of experience in residential home construction, civil engineering, and real estate investing. He has helped build several high-end custom homes in Southeast Oakville and multiplexes in Toronto, bringing a strong technical foundation and a passion for quality construction to every project.

Rabel has also worked with leading Canadian mining companies, including Rio Tinto and Agnico Eagle, managing quality assurance and quality control programs for critical infrastructure and facilitating major capital projects.

He applies an engineering-driven approach to managing construction risks, prioritizing safety, controlling budgets, managing changes, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout each project.

Rabel is passionate about contributing to the growth of missing middle housing across the GTA, helping create thoughtfully designed, high-quality, and attainable housing options that meet the evolving needs of local communities.

With a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering and a Business Management Certificate from McMaster University, Rabel combines engineering expertise with a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and real estate development. He enjoys collaborating with architects, engineers, designers, clients, and inspectors to bring projects to life.

Originally from Hamilton, Rabel now lives in Burlington with his young family and is passionate about contributing to the growth of Southern Ontario's residential real estate market.
