Perimeter Homes is an authorized ProFab Ontario dealer — the same plant many people still know as Guildcrest. Modules are built indoors, then delivered and set on a foundation prepared on site.
This page is single-family prefabricated homes: bungalows and two-storeys. Multiplex and custom luxury are separate doors on this site. We do not mix those intents here.
ProFab’s typical plant window is about 10 to 12 weeks. Foundations happen on site at the same time. Permits and the lot still set the rest of the calendar. We confirm a schedule on consult.
How it works
Plant, lot, and a local team
You bring the land. We help match a catalogue model, handle drawings and permits, and coordinate the set.
Drawings and permit
Perimeter handles drawings and the building permit, and site plan where the city requires it. Finishes are chosen from the ProFab range, not invented on this page.
Plant and foundation in parallel
ProFab’s typical plant window is about 10 to 12 weeks. Foundations go in on site at the same time. Then the modules arrive and are set.

The photos on this page that show the plant are real process shots. The house exteriors in the mosaic are ProFab Ontario catalogue models. Finishes vary.

Set day is a site day, not a showroom day.
Modules leave Morewood and land on a foundation that was already in the ground. Crane, set, stitch, and finish. The house is a factory product sitting on your lot — not a stick-built custom, and not an income multiplex.
Need a one-of-a-kind house drawn for the lot? That is the custom door. Need duplex through small apartment? That is multiplex.

What is a prefabricated modular home?
A house built in sections in a plant, then delivered and set on a foundation on your lot. Bungalows and two-storeys. Not a park-model trailer, and not a multiplex.
Are you ProFab? Is that Guildcrest?
Perimeter Homes is an authorized ProFab Ontario dealer. Many people still know the plant as Guildcrest. Same factory family, current name ProFab.
Do these models meet Ontario Building Code?
This gallery is the ProFab Ontario catalogue. Those 31 models are advertised on ProFab Ontario and meet Ontario Building Code. Quebec-only and national-catalogue extras are not listed here. That is not a claim that every ProFab model sold in Canada is OBC-legal.
How long does the factory take?
ProFab’s typical plant window is about 10 to 12 weeks, while foundations go in on site. Permits and the lot move the total. We confirm a schedule on consult.
Do you publish prices or square footage here?
No prices. Catalogue beds, baths, and square footage are listed where ProFab Ontario published them. Dundas, Stonefield, Stratford, and Wellington are name and photo only. We do not invent missing specs.
Are these photographs of houses you built?
The house exteriors are ProFab Ontario catalogue models. The plant photos are real process shots. Finishes on a delivered house will not match a catalogue rendering exactly.
Is this the multiplex page?
No. This hub is prefabricated single-family. Duplex, triplex, fourplex, and 6–12 unit apartments live on the multiplex door.
