A ProFab Ontario house, set on your lot.
Magnolia is the 1,620-square-foot bungalow ProFab publishes with a two-car garage, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms on one floor. The catalogue exterior is a traditional one-storey.
Published notes mention open rooms, a kitchen island with a walk-in pantry, mudroom laundry from the garage, a primary suite with walk-in closet and ensuite, and basement finishing potential. Those are catalogue claims, not a promise that every lot will take a finished basement.
Modules are built at the plant to Ontario Building Code, then set on your lot. Perimeter Homes is the authorized ProFab Ontario dealer. Ancaster. Tarion-registered. Catalogue photo; finishes vary. We do not publish prices.
This is a catalogue house, not a completed Perimeter build, not multiplex, and not custom luxury. The enquiry is pre-labelled Magnolia.

Plant, then lot
Factory-built, then craned onto the foundation.
You bring the land. We help confirm whether Magnolia and the lot are a fit, handle drawings and the building permit, and coordinate the set. ProFab’s typical plant window is about 10 to 12 weeks while foundations go in on site.
This is the prefabricated door: single-family catalogue homes. Custom luxury is a different page. Multiplex is a different page.
