Modules are built indoors at ProFab Ontario while the foundation goes in on your lot. Then a crane day. Timeline is confirmed on consult, not a single number for every job.
Drawings and permits
We coordinate plans and municipal submissions. Site plan if the city requires it.
Plant and foundation in parallel
ProFab’s typical plant window is about 10 to 12 weeks. Foundations happen on site at the same time.
Crane and plant photos are real process shots. Qualifying new homes are Tarion-registered.
